New LAMS Course Schedule Available

Leadership and Management School (LAMS) Course Schedule (PDF: 64 KB / 3
pages) for 2006 and the first half of 2007 is now available from the
HYPERLINK "http://www.auxtdept.org/"Training Resource Center. Auxiliarists
must be available to attend the full five days of the workshop. The
directions for how to register for each type of LAMS course are also
included. If you have an opportunity to attend a LAMS course, it will be
time well spent.

New Member Training Program Available 

A new “Value-Added” program from the HYPERLINK

available for members. This program, HYPERLINK
"http://www.auxtdept.org/PDF/NewMemberFirstSixMonths.pdf"New Member
Integration – The First Six Months (PDF: 576 KB / 21 pages) is a self-paced
program that helps members to understand the difference between orienting a
new member and integrating a new member into the flotilla. The program then
offers a simple team-based process to ensure that new members feel welcome,
valued and supported in the critical first six months of membership. If
retaining new members is important to you, check out this new program.
